My experience with these guys got my first window tint on my first car. Let me say the job was done terrible tint had air bubbles and I told them about the air bubbles before I left The shop the guy that worked on the tint said that the “air bubbles would go away” but they never did ! As I brought my car back to my house I was reviewing the job again and notice a SCRATCH ! On my front bumper I mean What the hell !!! This is so frustrating I would not recommend these guys I brought the problem up to these guys and they denied it was them what a terrible experience!

Although I ended up going to another tint business I will say that the owner of this family run small business, took the time out of their day to contact me multiple times in an attempt to correct an issue I had. Jesus patiently explained their approach and how they could mitigate any inconsistencies in the future thru the feedback I provided. There is nothing that shows a business cares about your business like putting feedback into action. Ultra Window Tint and Custom provided me with some peace of mind that I appreciated greatly. I will say that if you decide to do business with Ultra, they will treat you right.
